Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 4, 2026

Agreement Overview

These Terms govern your use of FlowSell Connect, including the dashboard, APIs, SDKs, billing features, wallet features, webhooks, documentation, and channel onboarding workflows.

By using FlowSell Connect, you confirm that you are authorized to connect the business accounts, phone numbers, payment methods, webhooks, and applications used in your workspace.

Developer API Usage

FlowSell Connect provides a unified API and SDK for communication providers. You are responsible for protecting API keys, rotating them when needed, and ensuring requests originate from systems you control.

A single Connect API key can access multiple connected platform accounts in your workspace. When you pass a phoneNumberId or channel selector, you are responsible for selecting the correct sender identity.

You may not use FlowSell Connect to send spam, unlawful content, deceptive messages, abusive automation, or messages without required recipient consent.

Channel And Provider Rules

WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram, Slack, Discord, SMS, and other future providers may each impose their own rules. You must comply with the policies, opt-in requirements, template approval rules, and usage restrictions of each provider.

FlowSell Connect hides provider implementation complexity, but it does not remove your responsibility for lawful messaging, approved templates, accurate business information, and recipient consent.

Billing, Wallets, And Quota

Subscriptions, setup fees, wallet recharges, and request packs are processed through Razorpay or another configured payment provider. FlowSell does not store card details.

Plan quota, purchased request packs, and Meta wallet balances are tracked separately. Subscription quota resets monthly according to the active plan, including annual subscriptions.

For customer-funded Meta accounts, Meta billing is handled by the customer. For FlowSell-funded accounts, paid template sends may require wallet balance or admin-completed payment setup before sending is active.

Customer Content

You remain responsible for the message content, template content, media files, recipient lists, webhook destinations, and business data submitted through FlowSell Connect.

You grant FlowSell the limited permission needed to process that content, route it to providers, store operational metadata, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate the platform.

Support Access

FlowSell may use admin or support-session access to help configure customer workspaces, troubleshoot account setup, verify payment setup, or resolve customer-requested issues.

Support access should be limited, reasoned, and auditable. Customers must not share personal provider credentials outside approved onboarding or OAuth flows.

Limitation Of Liability

FlowSell Connect depends on third-party APIs, payment providers, cloud infrastructure, and communication networks. We are not responsible for provider outages, rejected templates, suspended provider accounts, delayed webhooks, or policy enforcement by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowSell is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform.
