Yes. FlowSell Connect charges only for platform access and API usage. WhatsApp message delivery charges are billed separately by Meta based on recipient country, message category (utility, marketing, or authentication), and their current pricing structure.
Meta requires basic business information and one verification document such as a GST Certificate, MSME/Udyam Registration, Shop & Establishment License, or Certificate of Incorporation. You will also need a Facebook Account and Meta Business Account access.
You can purchase additional API request packs starting at ₹99 for 25,000 requests, ₹299 for 1,00,000 requests, or ₹999 for 5,00,000 requests. There is no service interruption — just top up as needed.
